The short version

Be respectful, be legal, and don't break things. If everyone follows that, we don't need rules. But for the lawyers' sake, here's the full list.

You may not use BidsBite to:

• Break the law. No illegal activity, content, or transactions. Including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, copyright infringement, or distribution of illegal goods.
• Harm others. No content that promotes violence, harassment, discrimination, or hate against individuals or groups.
• Spam or deceive. No unsolicited bulk emails, phishing campaigns, or misleading marketing communications. CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR rules apply.
• Compromise security. No hacking, reverse engineering, scraping, DDoS attacks, or attempts to bypass authentication or access controls.
• Misuse infrastructure. No cryptocurrency mining, botnets, malware distribution, or activities that consume excessive resources.
• Distribute harmful content. No malware, viruses, ransomware, or anything designed to damage systems or steal data.
• Violate privacy. No collection of personal data without consent, no doxxing, no surveillance of others.
• Impersonate others. Don't pretend to be us, our partners, or anyone else.
• Resell without permission. Don't repackage and resell our services as your own without a written reseller agreement.

What happens if you violate this

We take violations seriously. Depending on severity, we may:

• Send a warning and ask you to stop
• Suspend your account temporarily
• Terminate your account with no refund
• Report to authorities if there's potential legal violation
• Pursue legal action for damages
