BidsBite LLC ("BidsBite", "we", "us", "our") is a software and marketing studio based in the United States, operated by Admact Private Limited (Gurgaon, India). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data when you visit our website, use our SaaS products, or engage our marketing services.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details — name, email, company, phone (when you fill out a form or sign up).
• Project details — anything you tell us about your business, goals, or budget.
• Account data — login credentials, profile info, and preferences if you use one of our products.
• Billing data — payment information processed securely through Stripe (we don't store card numbers).

Information we collect automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, time on site, clicks, referrers.
• Device data — browser type, OS, screen size, IP address (anonymized).

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your inquiries and provide services you've requested.

We never sell your data. Period. We share it only with:

7. Data retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Marketing contacts are deleted within 2 years of last interaction. Project files are kept for 7 years for accounting reasons.

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed in the US and India. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent safeguards to protect cross-border transfers in line with GDPR.

9. Children

Our services aren't intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to this policy

We'll update this policy as needed. Material changes will be announced via email or banner notice at least 30 days before taking effect.
