Analytics & CRO works for businesses with: meaningful traffic (active paid ad programs or 50k+ monthly visitors), a clear conversion event (signup, purchase, demo book), and a willingness to act on data.

For lower-traffic sites, we focus more on qualitative research (user interviews, session recordings, heuristic audits) since you won't have statistical power for many tests.
