The thesis

We're an independent SaaS studio. We build subscription products — both our own and (selectively) for partners who need software the off-the-shelf market doesn't offer.

Because we ship our own SaaS, we know what works and what doesn't. We've spent years thinking about onboarding flows that don't lose users, billing that scales, dashboards that get used, and codebases that don't rot. That experience comes with us when we build for you.

What we build

SaaS MVPs. You have a validated idea and want to ship version 1 fast. 8-12 weeks, lean scope, ready for paying users.

Internal tools. Custom admin panels, ops dashboards, and workflows that replace 5 spreadsheets and 3 Zaps. Usually 4-8 weeks.

Product line extensions. You have an existing product, you want to add a new subscription tier or sister product. We slot into your team.

Migrations & rewrites. Stuck on legacy code? We migrate carefully, with feature parity and zero downtime.

How we work

PHASE 01
Discovery & scoping (1 week)

We dig into the problem, sketch user flows, and write a tight scope. Fixed-price quote follows.

PHASE 02
Design & architecture (1-2 weeks)

UI mockups in Figma, technical architecture doc, sprint plan. Approved before code.

PHASE 03
Build (6-10 weeks)

Two-week sprints, weekly demos, Linear for issue tracking. You see progress every week.

PHASE 04
Launch & handoff (1 week)

Deploy to production, full documentation, code walkthroughs with your team. We stick around for 30 days of bug fixes.
